This course is recommended for those photographers who have a knowledge in basic computer and want to learn the DIGITAL DARKROOM work to enhance their works.
COURSE CONTENT :
1. What is Digital Photography.
2. Graphics : Vector & Raster.
3. Storage procedure of Digital Image.
4. File format : RAW, JPEG, TIFF.
5. The interesting issue of PPI.
6. Image size - how big is enough.
7. Mode of Image RGB / CMYK / Grayscale.
8. Photo-Editing Software (Main).
9. Different tools : Magic Wand, Lasso, Magnetic Lasso, Clone, Stamp, Healing Brush, Blur, Smudge, Dodge, Burn, Sponge etc.
10. Selection with Feather.
11. Levels, Curve, Color Temp., Color Balance.
12. Brightness - Contrast, Hue - Saturation.
13. Shadows - Highlights - Darks.
14. Exposure - Recovery - Fill Light.
15. Sharpening - Noise Reduction - Color Noise.
16. Play with Layers.
17. Play with Filters.
18. Other Photo-Editing Software.
19. How to preserve your Image.
20. Project Submission.
COURSE DURATION :
3 Months. Total 12 practical classes (2 hours per class ≈ total of about 25 hours).
ELIGIBILITY :
Must have a complete knowledge in basic Computer Operation. He must have passed at least 10th Std. in the school level.
COMPLETION OF THE COURSE :
Completion of the course means, theory tests and submission of final project, which are mandatory for the course. After completion of this course, the certificate awarded to the students will be issued by the FOCUS only.
